Для русского та же проблема: склонение названий месяцев. Проверьте,
пожалуйста, есть ли в kdebase/l10n/ru/entry.desktop эти строки:

DateMonthNamePossessive=true
NounDeclension=true

и если они там отстутствуют, добавьте их (видимо, это к Лёне или
Андрею).
