[kde-russian] Joining the translation team

Dear Gregory Mokhin,

I have thought about joining the Russian translaton
team. I am Russian and a former MSU student. I do not
have a
translation-related qualification, but I have lived in
the United States for six years and know English  well
enough. However, please tell me if you need another
member in your team.
