[kde-russian] [RFC] Clean up the language docbooks

Burkhard Lück опять сообщает о том, что в docs/ скопилось очень много
устаревшей документации, в том числе на русском языке.

Этот пункт не про нас, я обновил документацию за несколько часов до
этого письма Буркхарда.

Прикреплённые файлы можно посмотреть здесь (в них -- списки устаревших
файлов документации):

Главный вопрос: мне удалить весь список файлов, или может быть кто-то
считает, что старая документация на русском языке лучше, чем новая на
английском?
