[kde-russian] Skrooge translation into russian

Hi, I am looking forward to translate skrooge kde app into russian
(from english), and would be happy to receive some help in getting
translatable skrooge po template in en, en_GB, en_US

I saw some comments on kde.ru that skrooge ru translation is done, but
i can not find it, would some one help me in this way?
