[kde-russian] Генерация документации (id not in the same paragraphs)

Господа,

Прошу помощи с генерацией документации.
Пытаюсь делать вот так:
1. из svn взял себе каталоги ru scripts templates
2. отредактировал файлы в ru/docmessages/kdeedu/kturtle*
3. пытаюсь генерировать: scripts/update_xml ru kdeedu kturtle
всё заканчивается плохо, примерно так:
id="translators" not in the same paragraphs (1 vs 0)
ERROR: po2xml documentation/kdeedu/kturtle/translator-guide.docbook
ru/docmessages/kdeedu/kturtle_translator-guide.po failed! Exiting!

ручной запуск po2xml даёт похожие результаты, причём даже на других
языках, например:
po2xml documentation/kdeedu/kturtle/index.docbook
de/docmessages/kdeedu/kturtle.po
id="what-is-turtlelang" not in the same paragraphs (10 vs 0)
id="credits" not in the same paragraphs (11 vs 0)
id="getting-kturtle" not in the same paragraphs (13 vs 0)
id="compilation" not in the same paragraphs (14 vs 0)

ну и на других файлах, схожая ситуация:
po2xml documentation/kdegames/bomber/index.docbook
uk/docmessages/kdegames/bomber.po
id="introduction" not in the same paragraphs (8 vs 0)
id="how-to-play" not in the same paragraphs (9 vs 0)
id="configuration" not in the same paragraphs (10 vs 0)
id="credits-and-licenses" not in the same paragraphs (11 vs 0)

Буду благодарен за подсказку, в чем может быть проблема с этим "id not
in the same paragraphs".
Может я сам изначально что-то делаю не так?
