Hi,
hopefully this is the last time I have to change the release schedule of 
KOffice. After tremendous hacking at Nové Hrady meeting, KOffice has seen 
many bugfixes. However, it is still not yet in a perfect shape that I would 
consider worth of releasing. Therefore I postponed the RC1 until September 
22.

September 7: last day for documentation
September 22: tagging 1.3 RC1
September 30: last day for translations
October 6: tagging 1.3 final

(you might have to wait for the webserver to sync with CVS)
