[kde-russian] Fwd: [IMPORTANT] Preparing for 4.13

Привет Саша.

Не сама среда KDE, но всё же...
Сильно "маячит" обновлённый "Plasma-NM" из ветки "Playground-network",
который уже вовсю пихают в попсовые дистрибутивы. Возможно, многое
можно засинхронизировать с переводом старой версии.
