[kde-russian] KDevelop translation: technical issues

Вся разница состоит в том, что файл по-другому разбит на строки.
Вместо того, чтобы делать патч, можно отправить весь файл ведущему
этого пакета.

И зачем писать в нашу рассылку по-английски?
