[kde-russian] Making l10n stable branch point to 4.6 and trunk to trunk

Привет,

Альберт скопировал переводы KDE SC в ветку 'stable'. Теперь 'stable'
отвечает за KDE SC 4.6, 'trunk' -- за будущий KDE SC 4.7. Исключением
являются kdepim и kdepim-runtime: переводы KDEPIM 4.6 (выпуск которого
задержится) по-прежнему находятся в ветке переводов trunk
(http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kde4/team/ru/).

Если кто-то будет переводить файлы из KDE SC ([doc]messages/kde*) к
выпуску 4.6.0, берите их из ветки 'stable'
(http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable-kde4/team/ru/).
